TREATY OF PARIS among Great Britain, France, and Spain. (1) France ceded to Britain: in North America, Canada and Cape Breton Island; the Mississippi was recognized as the boundary between Louisiana and the British colonies; in the West Indies, Grenada; in Africa, the French possessions on the Senegal. Britain restored to France Goree in Africa and Pondichéry and Chandernagor in India. (2) Spain ceded to Britain Florida, as indemnification for which France had already ceded Louisiana to Spain; Spain received from Britain all conquests in Cuba including Havana (See 1763, Feb. 10).  1

TREATY OF HUBERT(U)SBURG between Austria and Prussia: (1) Ratification of the treaties of Breslau and Berlin, and of Dresden, that is, Prussia retained Silesia. (2) Prussia promised its vote for the archduke Joseph at the election of the king of Rome. Saxony (restoration to the status quo) and the empire were included in the peace.  2
