The 15 nations of the EU banned 130 high-level Belarusan officials from traveling to EU countries. A response to Belarus's efforts to expel numerous foreign diplomats from its borders, the ban on officials included Belarus president Alexander Lukashenko. Belarus rescinded its diplomatic eviction order on Oct. 28.  2
