Cold war developments included the agreement by the United States, the Soviet Union, and Great Britain on a Limited NUCLEAR TEST BAN TREATY (Aug.) A UN Observation Mission was sent to Yemen when a civil war developed there with possible involvement of foreign forces. The mission was ended in 1964.  1
